RETURN POLICY

In order to ensure the interests of customers, Hoangfoods Organic Co., Ltd would like to announce the specific policies related to the return of goods as follows:

1. Cancel Orders

Case 1

When the order has not been handed over to the carrier: Please contact 028 3758 4709 and provide information related to the order for support to cancel the order. In this case, the customer will not have to pay the cost.

Case 2

When the order has been handed over to the shipping unit: You perform as Case 1, and you must pay the full cost of shipping incurred.

Case 3

The order is confirmed through the contract. Based on the terms of the contract to settle.

2. Product return

Return of goods is only applicable within 24 hours from the time the customer receives the goods and meets one of the following conditions:

  • Goods that do not guarantee quality
  • Goods damaged by external agents
  • The goods are not correct in quantity according to orders

3. Refund

It is only applicable when the following conditions are satisfied:

  • In case of poor quality products, losses are caused by the company.
  • The customer paid the money before making the cancellation (According to the cancellation policy).
